I feel like I am at a great company, with solid products, and a clear product vision - but as someone in an Operations function, I see a leadership team who perpetuate bad habits, and are showing no signs they have the capability to change. I fear for our future if R&D keeps moving like we do today

When I am given an important outcome to deliver on, and the freedom and support to make it happen without micromanagement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company largely embraces and enables its distributed workforce to be successful. Global Meet up, budget for some to have live IRL offsites, while also providing volunteer and in-office connection opportunities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is very attractive, especially as it relates to my overall compensation package. I appreciate that the company is not using RSUs to force people to stay to be paid fairly for their work now.
