My base pay is fairly competitive.
I work with people that care about individuals.
Knowing the work I am doing is helping others
Many team members are legitimately good people and are supportive of one another.
Being able to do meaningful work. Work that changes the world around us for good.
The medical coverage is pretty comprehensive and covers many specialized care items not just the "basics"
It's a great teaming environment where individuals truly work together to make a better IBM each day.
I always feel like I am part of the team, I can be who I truly am.
My team is committed to quality delivery to our business stakeholders and work hard to meet the needs of the business.
Knowing that the work I am doing can change a person's life and the lives of their families for generations to come.
I believe that our leaders are committed to making IBM an organization with highly qualified diverse talent to drive the company strategy forward.
IBMs commitment to diversity, while they are still learning they are continuously striving to make IBM a welcoming and inclusive place to work for ALL employees.
The leadership team needs to not just talk the talk but walk the walk. Leaders like to talk about being diverse and inclusive but it feels like they pick and choose based on public opinion not necessarily what is right.
The leadership team truly cares about the greater world around us not just making a profit. This can be showcased by the very public position IBM has taken over the last year through the pandemic and with matters involving social justice. I can feel proud to call myself an IBMer.
