At my store we're always understaffed, it looks like black Friday most days. Mist people aren't held accountable. They overwork the good ones and leave the ones that don't work hard alone. I can only speak for the Morrisville, NC location. Most workers are respectful and friendly.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People that have been there long enough try to make understand that Target's policies and culture is not supportive of us and that won't change - that alone makes me see Target in a completely different way than I did before working there.
