Lots of favoritism for certain employees, especially if they are friends with the team lead or Executive Leads. They take away hours once you come back from a leave of absence. Very inconsistent and no room for growth.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to communicate better with their team members, honor team member's availability and not call them on their days off, consistent scheduling, and stop favoring some employees over others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like they keep cutting hours and it's really hard to keep all of the benefits because we need to work a certain amount of hours to keep them. I just don't look forward to the job anymore. Very repetitive.
