Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. I have recognized that upon entering the WB stores all managers are white males. I was under the impression that this was promoted as a diverse company, however do not see this represented within the stores. It was verbalized to me that individuals of color had been passed up for promotions.
