I think we should make slightly more than minimum wage

I train new employees, have been there for 4 years, never received bonus or pay raise. Meanwhile, I’m training at minimum wage and there are managers and asst managers sitting down conversating on the clock claiming they’re so busy that they’re unable to train.

We could be staffed better. Always scheduled a skeleton crew, and sometimes less. Give more training to old and new employees.
