I really appreciate the transparency. I love that we regularly have company wide meetings, plus video and email updates so we can hear directly from leadership what's going on. I also like that I can speak with any member of leadership, the door is always open.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not necessarily feel undervalued. I just feel that the call center representatives should make a little more an hour. There is a lot of stress & demand associated with answering calls continually or being the "front line" for such a large, well-known company. A pay raise would be great!

Top management and their willingness to communicate with us. That is not always possible with our direct Management/supervisors. Mostly because of extreme fast pace of work or work load.
