ADP is a fantastic company to work. There are people with plenty of experience, but at the same time that's a chalalnge as well. We are behind industry on many things especially techniology and security. Things move slow and employee/leadership engagement is low.

It seems most of them have got their heads on the right place for ADP's growth, with AI, etc. They are kind to the employees, although most of them is working a lot more than they should. Where I think the leadership team lacks is in recognizing and retaining people.

openness to ideas from teams, they might have some concerns, but they allow teams to research and present the pro and cons, and how the idea fits into the narrative and core values of the organization. For example, smartsearch in Appstore was an idea that came from the employees, received support.

I am not fully utilized within my role. I do see opportunities where my skills can bring value but am not given opportunties. With my skills and value add there's an opportunity to improve compensataion to industry standards. Compensation is not only financial but soft perks as remote work.

My team can talk and laugh about anything. That gives us a reason to come to the office and interact. It's fun and a joy being at the office because of that. But when FPR period comes, then it becomes a dark period, where people are upset and disappointed at their managers.
