Overall the pay for executive support with numerous years of experience is on the lower end.

Again, the pay could be worse but should be higher in my opinion, especially for those with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Compensation for Executive Assistants ought to be higher, especially when bringing 10+ years of experience and expertise to the table.

Truck delievery on Saturdays and would not be touched til I arrived at work on Monday with no consequences to other employees because GM told every employee that he couldn't fire or punish incompetence

I don't work on a team per-se, however the Executives I support are extremely kind, easy-going, allow and trust you to do your job without micro-managing.

The only one that needs to improve is the store manager , does not know his ass from a hole in the ground. Very unhappy with the way the whole company is ran when it comes to how the employees are treated,

No company meetings. Employees should not be bullied by the GM or other employees to be made to quit. It has happened multiple times in this store.

Interview was quick because I just signed a paper and then put on register for classes with no hearing of classes available.

Again, compensation for support personnel ought to be higher, especially when you see what your Executive counterparts who greatly depend on you are making.

Customers parts are being lost, commercial account need to be investigated and the DM is not very responsive or appropriate with commercial account holders. Training is definitely needed, not coaching and a set of standards for employees
