Seems to be a little more interest coming from the office lately.

Getting rid of Brain Shagna and Matt Duke was an excellent start. They were the reason Supply Chain has such a low morale. Now we can start to rebuild with leaders that actually want to lead and can help the company.

You get paid for the hours you work due to the shortage of personnel.

4/10 Work week, have every Friday off allows me the flexibility to schedule doctors' appointments and help my mom out with hers as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am having to work two jobs just to make ends meet. As a professional, I don't feel like that should have to happen. My family lives in a modest home, we drive modest vehicles and do not have a lot of extra however, both my spouse and myself are having to work two jobs to keep our family fed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
inadequate on bordering experience. How we train new hires doesnt work. It puts responsibility on the individual contributors to get them up to speed rather than a mentorship program or weekly get together with the ODT team to teach specific topics or answer questions.
