Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Boost as a whole I feel is a great place to be. I feel they do underpay their employees and could be improved. Benefits are average but could be better.

There is a work hard play hard culture that I really enjoy. There are always activities, food, or fun events that we can participate in and it is encouraged that we do. I also feel as though the needs of all the employees are taken seriously into consideration.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Boostability is constantly changing and growing. The only things that I wish were different would be to have more PTO or at least longer Maternity Leave/Paternity Leave.
