What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to prioritize their employees just as much as the customers and ensuring the managers set clear expectations. Our manager treats us like a number and doesn't put in effort of teaching us things but expects results. FF needs to have better training across all roles.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a female, I am one of the lowest paid members of my team. I have continued to perform and it's disappointing to learn how my compensation compares to other people in lower tenured roles.

Both the Compensation (OTE) is below standard for the industry. The comp plan is not very rewarding because the quotas are out of line therefore reaching the accelerators are very unlikely. Bottomline, the combination of OTE, unrealistic quotas and compensation plan, it's not financially rewarding

Because we are not able to be promoted due to the structure that's in place. We also haven't received a pay raise after a year of being in office and doing a good job with our work. We've been promised a merit increase for over 6 months to find out that they changed their mind about it.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This is one of the most cliquey places I have worked, even the manager are cliquey with certain people on the sales team. There is constant whispering in the office which doesn't make me feel very welcomed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If the office was less cliquey that would be helpful. Going back to three days a week would also be helpful. It is also uncomfortable to have to tell you manager what appointment you have if you have to leave the office early. We are all adults here and have been working in the corporate world.
