What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are a number of things I appreciate about the compensation package. I would single out the 401k matching as the best part. Not all companies do that.

Apart from a competitive benefit package, the ability to have very flexible vacation time is one of my favorite things! There is no stress over needing to use up or bank personal days off as the year end approaches.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance benefits are more expensive than other places I've worked. The compensation feels low especially with the amount of pressure to grow the business.

Lower than average salary rate was presented at initial contract offer. While my tech experience wasn't as competitive as some of my colleagues, I surpassed several in leadership and management expertise with a varied background in these areas and this was not even a consideration.
