I have never been more embarrassed by the company than I am today. We have sacrificed all quality strictly for quantity. Corporate structures the company to take from servers to pay cooks rather than paying them a fair wage themselves. You people are pathetic and should be ashamed of yourselves.

When I originally had gotten hired in January, I applied for the bartender position, got hired for the bartender's position, was told several times that I was going to get moved up, and kept getting passed by because of Kevin's personal feelings towards me.

Chilis started hiring food runners recently and that is a way that chilis is stealing money from servers. Staff members are already underpaid. Now they want servers to pay for the new runners. Chilis doesnt need runners. They need to focus on back of the house. We need more and better cooks instead.

Customers think we are a joke. South Parker Chilis was one of the 1st to go to 100% and we consistently have to close tables because our staff is exhausted or the employees they treat like royalty chose to not show up again today.
