Most of my managers are really cool, and they seemt o care about us as employees.

I would personally love it if there was a greater attempt to prevent management staff from making decisions that affect team members' work environment based on personal attachments and/or affiliations.

There isn't really a compensation package, but i get a raise every six months

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Perhaps this is just at the franchised location that I work at, but earning only $11.50 per hour after four years of straight promotions and positive reviews feels low.

It can get very busy, especially on Friday nights. Some nights such as that need more staffing
