What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being able to have a team that has commutation and working as a whole helps more than one way. Makes for a stronger team and also helps the store run more smoothly.

I got hired for the minimum amount possible in my department/job description in the country and I later found every other grocery store company starts their employment of similar positions off at $2-$5 more an hour than what DG gave me!

Knowing that I can interact with someone one to one that can relate to my story to get me to where I am today. Knowing that I want to go beyond for a customer and try my best for the store to get everything looking nice as well as personal
