What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management team is not good, no knowledge of work , hence fails to have right people on team, says no increase in head count, but they can cut down management layer , unnecessary overhead, and increase hands on employees , who really run the systems.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company seems to try to raise morale with company events and remodeling the break rooms to include a cafe and barista.
