The idea of on merit pay increases is insulting. Everyone works hard, and should be compensated for their efforts. Especially those who stay and work at the company for many years. Compensation increases have not even come close to matching inflation, its an insult.

I work very hard, meet all target dates, am a team player, prevent crises, handle customer escalations, handle executive reports for no bonus and only a 1% increase. I feel undervalued, underappreciated and I am unimpressed.

Yes undervalued. Pay and benefits should be much better than what is currently being offered to employees. CEO and Executives pay increases year over year vastly exceed employees.

better compensation that matches inflation and the market value for the job. Company needs to train and hire internally, this almost never happens. People are not promoted within the company anymore. Growth in the company is stagnant at best.

I feel undervalued because I work many hours overtime (60-70 hours weeks) to get things done with absolutely no recognition. I was promised a raise and did not even get what I asked for.

QLE Sell product launch was mishandled. Supporting it requiring an inordinate amount of people & time. People are burning out. Our customers were disappointed & furious.
