I do not necessarily feel undervalued so much as i do not think our pay rate has increased with inflation rates. Being an hourly employee(clock in and clock out) it gets frustrating seeing salary employees around the same level get treated different because they are on salary.

With regards to CS issues, we need to be ahead of issues and communicate in a clear manner with fans. Cancellations need to be explained especially when they are done by Fanatics and not the fan. Delayed items require better communication be provided with new exp ship dates
