I enjoy the perks of Summer Fridays. I feel like that half day off at the end of every week really helps my quality of life. Monday's are always rough at any company, but it's noticeable how much better my outlook on the week is when I get more than a 2 day weekend.

When they added ongoing training reimbursement ($3000/yr) to the package a few years ago. It showed a commitment to developing employee skills, and I greatly appreciated it.

I think Fanatics averages lower than the market on salaries, and has higher insurance costs (or other companies reimburse some of the costs).

For the past 9 months I have been performing the duties of a senior engineer but I am only getting paid at the level of a desktop support person. Fanatics has been getting WAY WAY WAY more for their money at my expense. I am considering legal action.
