The company pays prices according to the local economy, not the world economy. I wish salaries were closer to the international offer

The rise its not significative base on our work and there been two year without rise

Globant does not provide good tools with which the developer will feel more comfortable and efficient at work. In my case, I feel obliged to work with an Operating System which is very problematic in what I do every day and Globant refuses to change it or improve it
