Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is not competitive with the industry standard. Benefits are non-existant, lacking or meaningless to me.

Because I have friends on other Companies outside the country that an Average Salary is 3 times mine. I think there are some things that I don't know that makes that on that way. Just wanted to be honest.

Monthly salary doesn't match with SP500 Globant competitors in the market. STB should be totally refactor, a DD cannot have the same STB and benefits than a PM, benefits are the same since a PM SSr until a DD SSr and there are 4 levels of responsability above.

They should change structures. Everyone should be part of a studio of their interest. And also objectives should not be related only to the margin and revenue. Today if your project doesn't have good revenue and margin you do not receive the bonus without being responsible for the initial engagement

The environment should be different, you always work with a team too distributed. And you go to the office and you do not have coworkers of your team in your office. We should try to group the teams if it's possible, to generate a better environment and have the chance to know each other.
