Everyone is friendly and really want to help eachother succeed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base salary is severly low for tenured sales professionals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is helpful and encouraging. I would say it is sometimes too positive as groups are not open to constructive criticism.
