Everyone is friendly, and I like that everyone seems to be highly motivated and self starting.

I would like to see the benefits improved and to see more flexibility for remote work across the board.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love getting to interact with my customers and those I work with. I am the most happy when I am busy and have full days.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the base salary is low for a salesperson in Nashville (high cost of living) with 7+ years experience. I wish there was more than one healthcare plan.
