Just the fact that we have one in a time when so many others don't

I do believe they care about their staff and are always checking in and keeping us informed

I enjoy that our company develops individuals both within the company and our customers. Not many companies can wear that badge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are no egos on our team. No job is beneath anyone including leadership. We all work towards a goal and lift one another up and meet every goal we set.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Health benefits. $4,000 as a deductible for a family each year is a tough blow to a family budget. We only go to a doctor when it's absolutely necessary and even then, we have to make sure it won't break the bank.
