What did you like most about the interview process?

The People! They were kind, curious, very smart and very engaged in the process.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Best group of talent I have ever worked with in my career. The attitude, drive, passion, talent and fun nature of each person truly makes work a pleasure. I have never seen better!

What makes you most happy at work?

The people! The spirit! The culture and desire to make every day better. Also, the fact that none of us are micro managed. We own our team and our output and management supports us.

What do you like best about your company?

The Culture and the people. We spend a lot of time making sure our culture is great! My peers are smart, driven, passionate and compassionate. We push so hard and fast to create awesome products, yet our customers and peers and first and foremost in all we do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everything! Employee driven team, events and our CEO! He is so down to earth, honest and really cares about each person. He will step in and always do what is best for our employees and customers and TRULY appreciates evwry single person. This passion trickles down to everyone in the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary is okay, but raises based on performance are few and far between. Paid training for continued growth is very rare as well which is unfortunate because the company does so many things well. My reviews are always great, but no additional $$. I would be happy to earn addtional PTO instead of $.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The culture is the best I have ever seen!! EVER! One huge improvement to keep top talent would be to allow for 100% remote work. Traffic in and around Nashville is unreal during normal times. Housing prices are out of reach in some areas too. Allowing 100% remote work would allow for better balance.
