Stop being so penny-pinching and pay everyone within a salary range for the job they were hired to do. Stop limiting promotion raises to a maximum of 10%
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Healthcare insurance is very expensive. If we decline personal coverage we should be compensated for at least 50% of the company's contribution to insurance that they are saving.
