Very easy conversation to have.

Quarterly bonuses make me feel like I have some control over my salary.

We work well together and are always trying to improve our knowledge about the system we maintain.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get to know more of the employees. Some of us have never had causal conversations with leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open workspace and able to easily get a hold of co-workers. Also lots of flexibility of working at home
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to be in charge of efforts I know will improve the company and being allowed to take initiative.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
More interaction with the C suite. I've never had a conversation with the C suite team member over my group.
