I love working for HealthStream. The culture here is great and I love my boss. However, it is very tempting to go with another company because compensation is so poor here based on other like jobs in the region. The reason people stay at this company is definitely not for money.

We are paid about 1/2 of our national average for Implementation Managers!!!

My boss, coworkers, and being able to feel like I make a difference.
