I am very loyal to HealthStream. I could work somewhere else and get paid more (and that would be nice), but the culture is so incredible that I stay. I love working with my team and the support that I receive from my manager.

An increase in base salaries.

The culture is very supportive and positive feedback is plentiful.

I enjoy working with my team and they are the best part of my work day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was pleasant. My manager was welcoming and had a candid conversation with me about what was expected, etc. I appreciated it very much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. I feel very valued by the company, including other employees, management and the executive team. The base salaries are a bit low, but the culture makes it worth it.
