What do you like best about your company?
I like their eagerness to promote from within and help you reach your career goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is eager to spend time with eachother outside of regular work hours. You can make real friends here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I spent half of my interview talking about my personal life and my favorite activities to do outside of work. It showed me that this company values culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team values hard work and is excited to help you plan your career at the company. Plus, the President takes the opportunity to get to know everyone at the company.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would like to see the benefits and the pay increase. The pay is good for someone working at headquarters in Tennessee, but it is below average for someone working in Chicago, Colorado and California. It would be nice to have unlimited sick time off and/or more PTO to encourage health.
