It is very similar to many larger organizations. A lot of people working hard to do the best with what resources they have. Leadership appears to take thought and consideration when approaching a problem and backs up their decisions with specific data.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy solving complex puzzles and watching my team succeed and expand their skill sets.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is competent and willing to help the customer. They are also easy going in a often stressed department.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the honest and straightforward answers i received from the HR representative who was ushering my application through the various phases of recruitment and interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
while fairly new to the organization, I have greatly appreciated leaderships transparency and commitment to communication to their employees. I especially am thankful for their thoughts and words of caution regarding burnout as individuals found themselves working from home during the COVID crisis.
