What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has a personable approach to the company and can be seen as real humans themselves. They share personal stories, connect with employees on a personal level, and listen to employees' feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. The company is made up of the most amazing people. Only complaint on the culture is the maternity leave - or lack thereof - given to women. One week is not enough after a woman delivers a baby.
