It has been good except for the difficulty with getting promoted. I feel like it was said it would be easier than it is and no clear expectations going forward.

Doing a good job, hitting my goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team is positive and helps each other out. There is friendly competition.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very informal. Gave me a good idea of what the position would be like.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to be transparent with meetings, etc, but I feel like they are not about promotions and raises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very hardworking. They strive to be better and do things outside of our job description and are willing to help other departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we are one of the lowest paid positions in the company with little room for growth (although they say there is). Our pay is way less than the salaries that are put on this website. There is no clear path to promotion and even when you hit numbers it is not recognized.
