What makes you most happy at work?
The people at HealthStream make the company. I consistently feel that I am surrounded by the best employees in this market, and when I need support I always have it from my colleagues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary in general is much lower than market average, especially for a company based in a major, growing city. The maternity leave policy in particular is laughable. Mothers get ONE week of paid maternity leave. Company policies in general reflect the company being run by white males.
