There are certainly things that make me scratch my head and ask myself why is it like this and that gets frustrating. However, I really enjoy what we do and the pros far outweigh the cons.

Remote working is huge. Health Insurance. The base salary is acceptable.

Authentic, Genuine, and real. Frequently asking how they can improve and what they need to do to get better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very flexible. Trusted to do the work and get things done. Encouraged to do good and help our customers and communities.
What did you like most about the interview process?
the team seemed to want to get to know me but also challenge me. They were really transparent about where I stood with them.
