The comradeship between each team member.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Flexibility, encouraging collaboration, constantly improving, etc.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

competitive compensation, better 401(k) match, appreciate your employees!

What do you like best about your company?

Culture! The People! The employees make this an amazing company to work for.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Paid at market value. My department is considered a joke, but necessary. I'd like to be developed rather than used for what I already know.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our dept is seen as more a necessity rather than a strategic partner. We are constantly considered last, and have to fight for small improvements to be approved. HR is used to the execs benefit when they see fit and then ignored with they no longer need the dept.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening, pay at market value, stop using the phrase "we're the best 1st and 3rd job". Says a lot about the value they place on their employees. The CEO told us that our 401(K) plan is a perk so to speak-while he is a lifelong multi-millionaire. This is our retirement-not a perk.
