What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple, easy and within a week I was offered a job.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Compensation and retirement benefits. I would also like to see better inter-department communication. I think we do a fairly good job; however, there is room for improvement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have great co-workers I know I can count on for anything professionally or personally. The team I work on is fantastic despite having a poor manager. They are smart, believe in our company's vision, and collaborate well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Expressing my creativity working with clients, creating documentation or with co-workers. And I know I make a difference everyday within my company and with our clients. I enjoy being innovative when thinking of ways to interact with clients and provide them great information.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do a great job communicating with employees. The communication during COVID has been great! As a remote employee I am feeling more included since our entire company is remote now. Our CEO has been calling and speaking with employees individually and in Town Halls. Our leadership team is engaged
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It starts at the top. Executive Team/ Leadership in P&G believes in the company's mission & that is expressed everyday. They not only talk about our mission and values they believe we can accomplish them. I can talk to Executives/ Leaders /co-workers to express excitement or concern & they listen
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel we are paid to industry standard not do we receive 401K matching. Retirement benefits are key. I moved from a job with a pension to HealthStream with no retirement benefits. I'm getting to the point where I'll need to find a company with good retirement benefits to finish my career.
