Overall, HealthStream is a really good company to work for. Like anywhere else you can find things to complain about. No company is perfect but HealthStream does make a concerned effort to support the needs of its employees, its customers, and its communities.

Supper supportive, friendly, caring, and a real pleasure to work with.

It was very thorough and I got a good feel for the company throughout the process

The leadership team is actively engaged and works hard to treat employees fairly while also keeping clients happy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with great people and fun projects that are meant to really improve the quality of health care
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay and vacation time is good but the 401k and health benefits could be better, especially for a health care company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being in health care I get the sense that most people really do care about others in general. It's apparent in the culture at HealthStream.
