New ideas, methods, tools, processes are always welcome. Its not a "this is how we always do it" culture, innovation and data-driven decisions are #1.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have trust, we back each other up, we work on projects as a team with shared responsibility. Everyone has accountability, mistakes are forgiven and not taken personally when identified.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Absolute need to modernize benefits - maternity leave is very lacking, and makes it potentially very financially difficult for moms to take the time they need to recover and spend important time bonding with baby. Also a desperate need to offer some kind of coverage forfertility treatments.
