What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When you have colleagues who passionately believe in the work and who believe they make a difference every day, positivity feeds positivity. Of course there are hard days. Long days. But the work is worth the reward!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and trying to do the right thing, every time. During the pandemic, the execs give regular and thorough updates regarding what is happening in the medical community and in Nashville. Employees feel cared for and we are encouraged to "Stream Good" in our communities. Great leadership!
