Making an impact on our nation's healthcare workers and feeling like my contribution is valuable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have the best interests of the employees at heart and are genuinely caring.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet with various peers and was taken through a 'real life' exercise. It was an open and friendly environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like I can make a mistake and not be taken to task. We are encouraged to try new things and new ideas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is genuinely kind and caring. We can argue, as families often do, but at the end of the day we still love and respect each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that I have benefits but paying what I do for a high-deductible plan is ridiculous. I pay over $500 for 2 of us and we never, ever reach the deductible so everything is out of pocket.
