New open office environment means everyone interacts with others from exeuctive team on down
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible working environment (especially with the pandemic!) and a culture that puts the emphasis on performance and not where the person is sitting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO has a strong desire to 'do the right thing' always. There are multiple instances of employees who have left 2 or even 3 times and came back. The culture comes from the top whether its in giving back to the community or doing the right thing for the company (and employees).
