Teamwork and collaboration; positive attitude toward difficult situations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can ask anyone anything, and if they have the time they will spend it helping you, no strings attached.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is concerned for the long term stability and growth of the company, for the benefit of customers, employees, and shareholders. There is very good balance of concerns.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team culture in my department (s/w development) is one of cooperation, collaboration, and positivity. We all honestly work to create the best quality product in the marketplace. HealthStream is not the place to build a "kingdom" for yourself, but you WILL make a difference in healthcare!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay rate is very good; you can find those who pay better but I don't think most would be happy on balance. Health, insurance, and other benefits are excellent. 401(k) matching is a not up to industry standard, but leadership makes constant improvements. I wish there were an ESOP program.
