The freedom to run a "business within a business." Employees are encouraged to be highly entrepreneurial.

A company constitution guides leadership; they are consistent and have strong belief and reward system for merit.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We give applicants the opportunity to give a presentation on any product (even invented products) to prove communications skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are typically no caps on commission sales all within vast territories. Other companies break territories up into small areas, which limits the opportunity for career-changing wins.
