It has been a very rewarding process. I feel as if I have developed as a person as a result of my experience at the company.

Initially conducted over the phone, followed by an in-person interview. Excellent communication throughout the process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel as if I am fairly paid, which is the best aspect of my compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct supervisor is am extremely positive person which suits me well as I am similar in demeanor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The entire team works hard and seems to genuinely enjoy their positions. They are all very intelligent, thoughtful people.
What makes you most happy at work?
The most I am at work is when I have made a customer extremely happy with the service provided.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The direct leadership team is great, they listen to concerns, feedback, and inspire. Further up leadership, there is a large communication gap and I rarely if ever have any interaction with leadership beyond my direct supervisor.
