The commitment to improving healthcare by developing the people who deliver the care.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are driven by the values and strive to embed them throughout the culture of the company. They are approachable and receptive to feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most everyone is engaged and really wants to do a good job. We have some extremely smart people in the company and they are willing to share and problem-solve. There is a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Diversity among the Executive Leadership, recognition of employees across different areas of the company, giving employees promotion/advancement opportunities instead of keeping them in their "box" because they are good at what they do, provide more growth and development/cross-function learning.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are professional, creative, and dedicated to our team and our mission. They all have a fantastic work ethic and produce an excellent product. They are self-starters and are always willing to pitch in if anyone needs help.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work! I love what I do and the team that I interact with. I love the learning part of my job and the opportunity to share that with others. I love problem solving and using skills that I have learned throughout my education and career.
