People tend to bring a good attitude to what they are doing, and there is a culture of helping each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is strong. Not the best around, but certainly not the worst. PTO is ok but could be a lot better. Insurance isn't bad
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try hard to be involved, transparent, and to give back to their employees. They have led the company well, and set it up for success.
