Overall, great! The only other thing than paid medical for the family would be the fact there are definite cliques - racial and gender - that can and have 'ganged' up on others through basic bullying tactics. This is worldwide and not found only here obviously.

Better pay and medical benefits for the family completely paid by the company would rock the house! It's the one big thing missing in my opinion. Still... looooove this company!

Truly and extraordinarily caring company from the CEO all the way to everyone on every team. Some companies 'say' they care, while this company 'proves' they care by their continual outstanding actions. Hat's off to the CEO!!!
