I love the culture and the people I work with. I have rarely come across anyone at HealthStream that I don't believe is committed to the success of the company. We struggle with focus and execution, but we have made good strides in these areas.

We are committed to our culture. We struggle at execution and focus, but we recognize are weaknesses and are willing to improve.

Getting to work with my team. We have a strong software team willing to solve hard problems. I am impressed with the commitment to get better each day.
